APPEARANCE Standing at a rather average, if not a hair smaller than average at 5'9", Felix has a lean but wiry weight of 150lb. of which the vast majority is muscle. His uniform is a loose, but vaguely form-fitting black jacket trimmed in gold as befits his rank, and the order's symbol is emblazoned on the back. Generally he wears a black wifebeater underneath, and often takes the jacket off for practicality's sake. He wears loose black, gold-trimmed pants that allow for movement (tied off with a golden sash at his waist) and when he does wear shoes, they're sandals.

THE PERSONALITY

A rather detached, indifferent fellow, Felix is often armed with a cynical and dry sense of humor and a haughty manner. He's highly intelligent and often bored, wasting little time with the meek and ordinary, tending to come off as rather cold. However, Felix does display a bit of warmth (or rather, tolerance) to those he does deem worthy of his time, and has thus endeared himself to the people around him with what they perceive as tsundere-like behavior.

Excellent at keeping a poker face, Felix is the very picture of calm, and it has become something of a sport among the youngest of the Black Order to try and surprise him, the means of which have become ah, very eccentric.

With his flippant disregard for formality and manners as well as authority having no meaning to him, it's a wonder that Felix was ever promoted to a general; however, he does display a knack for leadership and is a brilliant fighter.

His disinterest borders callousness, and Felix is not one to be sentimental, often leading to the impression that he is deliberately cruel, which he is most certainly not. Felix may be rather insensitive, but he does not go out of his way to bully intentionally, though-- his sharp tongue has certainly hurt more feelings than one can count.

BURNING SENSATION

TYPE equipment (lvl. 1) -> crystal (lvl. 2)

LEVEL 01

UNACTIVATED In it's dormant state, it appears as plain (but remarkably tough) grey bandages on his arms and legs. His arms are wrapped in a way that covers everything up to his forearm but leaves his fingers free, and his legs are wrapped up to mid-calf but his toes aren't wrapped.

ACTIVATED The bandages darken in color, becoming black, as well as heating up, getting to a point where they are capable of inflicting first degree burns.

OVERALL ABILITY Highly increased strength coupled with other combat performance increasing abilities, applied to a hand-to-hand style of fighting.

REFLEX An ability that is activated for the duration that Phoenix is activated, this makes Felix slightly precognitive, able to pick up the intention of violence two seconds before the act is carried out, within a twenty yard radius. He cannot sense the intention beyond that radius, and if someone carries out an act of violence but does not give off the intention (i.e. accidental) he will also not sense it.

IMMUNITY As a result of the nature of his innocence, as long as Phoenix is active, Felix is unaffected by heat or flames/fire-based attacks, though because of this he is particularly susceptible to ice/water based attacks or the cold.

LEVEL 02

UNACTIVATED The stigmata are now present, one on the back of each hand and the bottom of each foot. Instead of bandages in Phoenix's dormant state, Felix now has a tattoo-like marking in the shape of a phoenix made from his blood over each stigmata, swirls of blood markings spiraling off of each to cover the entirety of his arms and legs.

ACTIVATED The blood markings turn into bandages not unlike the ones from the inactivated state of Phoenix's first form, though these are a bloody red and seem much looser, though they are hot enough to give second degree burns.

OVERALL ABILITY Same as before, only stronger, and now Felix relies more on the manipulation of fire rather than just his fighting ability.

FLARE A short burst of blue fire emits from the limb he is striking with, extending out about three feet before ending. This is a rather destructive ability, as it will continuously burn whatever it sticks to for ten seconds before abruptly disappearing, no matter what. Maximum of two bursts in each post.

SHATTER Flipping in mid-air, Felix throws a devastating blow with either his hand or his foot when he lands, whether or not someone is there or not. Upon making contact, a blast of blue fire extends out in a four foot radius, the flames acting similarly to the flames from Flare. Cool-down of one post.

RADIANCE Felix disappears in a flash of white, briefly blinding those who look at him for a moment or two, giving him time to move. Cool down of three posts.

LEVEL 03

UNACTIVATED The tattoo now covers his entire body, even his face, an additional phoenix-shaped marking now on his forehead.

ACTIVATED The bandages have all but unwrapped themselves, are longer, and are exceptionally hot, able to give third degree burns on contact.

OVERALL ABILITY An extreme level of increased strength, augmented by highly destructive fire-based abilities.

MANIFESTATION Crossing one hand over the back of another, he summons a phoenix-like bird made completely out of white fire, and it emerges from his palms, rocketing forward with a screech and exploding upon contact with any solid/liquid surface in a radius of fifteen feet. Cooldown of three posts.

SMOTHER A little over a pint of blood pours from his stigmata, before it burns and becomes a cloud of black, hot, choking ash. Using the motions of his body, he directs the ash, able to literally smother an opponent if they aren't fast enough. Duration of two posts, cool-down of four posts, but can easily be fatal for Felix.

WITHER Felix's hands heat up to an exceptionally high degree, and everything they touch will likely burn away-- basically he can melt your face off if he touches it long enough. Duration of one post, cool-down of three.
